Ribera San Miguel is a boutique low-density residential development, conceived in full compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations. To date, the project has obtained authorizations from Urban Development and Land Use Planning, Environment and Sustainability, Civil Protection, Transit and Municipal Mobility, Public Services, the Municipal Planning Institute, and SAPASMA, as well as federal agencies such as CFE, CONAGUA, SAT, and the Ministry of Communications and Transportation.
As in any responsible building process, the commercialization of the units is subject to the conclusion of the final procedures required by the authorities, which are currently underway. This ensures legal certainty and transparency for the benefit of future residents and investors.
Ribera San Miguel is not merely a real estate project; it is a patrimonial investment model based on the conservation of the natural environment.
